I am currently a Postdoctoral Fellow with Eleazar Eskin (Department of Computer Science) at UCLA. I am holding Collaboratory Fellowship from Institute for Quantitative and Computational Biosciences (QCB).
My research focuses on developing techniques for solving the challenging computational problems that arise in attempting to understand the genetic basis of human disease.
- We released ROP : read origin protocol! ROP is a computational protocol aimed to discover the source of all (98.8%) reads, originated from complex RNA molecules, recombinant antibodies and microbial communities. ROP profiles repeats, circRNAs, gene fusions, trans-splicing events, recombined B and T cell receptors and microbial communities.
